Everyone Has Forgotten About These Once-Popular TV Shows

Joanie Cunningham and Chachi Arcola, beloved characters from Happy Days, branched off into their own show, Joanie Loves Chachi, hoping to strike it big with their band in Chicago. The spin-off aired while Happy Days was still running, and though it generated some initial buzz, it struggled to find lasting success.

Looking back, Scott Baio regretted leaving the original series too soon, wishing he had waited until Happy Days ended before pursuing new ventures. Despite the short run, the show remains a nostalgic part of the Happy Days universe and a notable ’80s TV experiment.
