#25: José Figueroa Agosto
José Figueroa Agosto, known as “Junior Capsula,” was one of the Caribbean’s most notorious drug traffickers. Operating mainly in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, he controlled massive cocaine shipments from South America to the United States during the 1990s and early 2000s.

Figueroa Agosto lived a life of excess and deception, using fake identities and luxury homes to stay ahead of authorities. His empire crumbled when he was arrested in 2010 after years on the run. Despite his downfall, his operations reshaped drug trafficking routes through the Caribbean.
