#17: Restaurant-Style Eggs Benedict
Eggs Benedict combines poached eggs, meat, an English muffin, and rich hollandaise sauce. The eggs supply protein, but restaurant portions often include generous amounts of sauce, salty meat, and fried potatoes on the side.

Hollandaise is traditionally made with egg yolks and plenty of butter, while ham or Canadian bacon can add considerable sodium. Order poached eggs on whole-grain toast with vegetables instead. When choosing Benedict, request the sauce on the side and use only a small amount.
